Weidner paintings

Rodger Bechtold's monumental paintings, Wisconsin Hardwoods, are installed in the Grand Foyer of the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay.

These two large contemporary landscapes, each measuring 15 feet high by 12 feet wide represent the first acquisitions for the Weidner's newly established permanent art collection, facilitated by Anne Emerson of Edgewood Orchard Galleries.

The Becthold paintings were complimented by a Dale Chihuly chandelier that hangs from the ceiling of the Grand Foyer. Together these works provide a magnificent visual experience to the Grand Foyer.
